The top and bottom of Rockwool sandwich panel is galvanized pre-painted steel. Core material is rock wool with density at 100kg/m3, the rock wool is upright against the surfaces. There are high strength vesicant between rock wools and surfaces. This product is featured with full anti-firing, more heating and sound insulation. It is widely used as the wall or roof for cold storage, industrial workshop, public building etc.

1 Manual uncoiler
It is used to support the steel coil and realize the uncoiling by means of rotatory movement. The steel coil is uncoiled manually. The capacity of this uncoiler is 1-2 Ton, and it is capable for most of the cases.
Receiving the raw material (steel sheet), it guarantees the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation for knowing the function of locate angle iron.
3 Machine material
In order to get high quality product, our machine adopts welded steel frame structure, AC frequency conversion motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment and chrome coating.

4 Shearing mechanism
It adopts hydraulic station and automatic cut to length system to realize the stably cutting of certain length of products. Side guide rails are ensuring the cutting balance during the cuter fall down, this mechanism is adopted to keep the burr and other edge fault away. Material of the cutting blades: GCr12, processed by heat treatment
5 Hydraulic system
It is derived by a Gear Pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump could drive the hydraulic cylinder to realize the cutting function.
The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of a Gear Pump, two hydraulic pipes .and two sets of Solenoid Valves. Power of The Pump: 4kw.Hydraulic oil :40#
6 Electrical control cabinet
Panasonic PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.
We understand that the encoder is a very important part of the cutting to length system, so we only adopt the best quality from OMRON Japen. And we offer enough matching couplings to make the machine will never shut off due to the encoder problem.
